customer oriented hotel manager polite staff cute staff shower cabin door small room room size
the location was great! it was generally clean. the hotel manager was customer oriented and the staff were polite. i found the staff cute and accommodating, a big plus!
the shower cabin door didn't close properly. water went all over the bathroom every time i showered. the room was smaller than it looked in the photos online and that was disappointing. the room size was definitely an issue for me.

central location clean room helpful staff
the hotel location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to major attractions. the room was very clean upon arrival. i found the staff very helpful with directions.
the elevator was small and old.

perfect location simple access friendly staff
The location proved perfect with iconic sights nearby. Access to the Metro was simple. The air conditioned room offered a welcome escape from the summer heat. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.
The elevator felt slow. it was a minor issue .
